Each individual piece is then single wrapped in clear film to allow sight of the finished Applejack bar and are individually labelled with a full ingredient declaration, barcode, best before date, and production code.
They are then boxed in display outers of 30, at average weights of 100gms, and a shelf life of 7 months from date of production.
As you see, there is no wheat in the recipe and no added salt either, and these products are made in a nut free factory. They are a source of fibre and are a low G.I. product. This product is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
As the creator of these products we have the ability to offer these in different sizes for specific orders by separate negotiation.
We undergo continuous improvement, in the process, the ingredient choice, and our presentation. We involve and include staff training, HACCP processes, and up to date Health and Safety procedures.
